(Carson City, NV; February 29, 2012) — Secretary of State Ross Miller is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys and/or law firms to produce a comprehensive legal analysis of Nevada’s incorporation statues and review of legal requirements for a digital model operating agreement for limited-liability corporations.
Project results will assist the Secretary of State’s office with its goal of reforming economic development activities and communicating Nevada’s attractive business climate. Interested parties should submit their proposals by Thursday, March 15 by 3 p.m. PST. The project is scheduled to begin in early April 2012.
