(Carson City, NV; December 2, 2013) – Breaking the three-month trend of increasing voter registration numbers, all parties lost voters in November 2013 following a routine cleanup of voter rolls by counties, as shown by data released today by Secretary of State Ross Miller’s Elections Division. The number of statewide registered active voters decreased by 24,462 from the previous month.

Of the 1,240,632 active registrants statewide, 41.78% (518,346) are Democrats, 34.47% (427, 677) are Republicans, 17.65% (218,985) are nonpartisan, 4.75% (58,877) are members of the Independent American Party, and the remaining 1.35% (16,747) are members of the Libertarian or other minor parties.

The latest voter registration breakdown by county, party, age, and district can be found under the Election Center at www.nvsos.gov or by clicking here.
