About Financial Disclosure Statements
Financial Disclosure Statements are required to be filed by all elected officials each year by mid-January and by appointed individuals who are compensated $6,000.00 or more per each calendar year. Candidates
Once you file as a candidate, you are required to file a Financial Disclosure Statement electronically with the Secretary of State within 10 days after the last day of close of candidate filing. All judicial candidates are required to file a Financial Disclosure Statement (FDS) with the Administrative office of the Court (AOC)
by March 28, 2016.Officials
