About Financial Disclosure Statements
Financial Disclosure Statements are required to be filed by all elected officials each year by mid-January and by appointed individuals who are compensated $6,000.00 or more per each calendar year.

Once you file as a candidate, you are required to file a Financial Disclosure Statement electronically with the Secretary of State within 10 days after the last day of close of candidate filing. All judicial candidates are required to file a Financial Disclosure Statement (FDS) with the Administrative office of the Court (AOC) by March 31, 2014.

All state and local elected officials, pursuant to NRS 281, are required to file an Annual Financial Disclosure Statement with the Secretary of State by January 15 of each year. Failure to file such a form may result in a civil penalty.
