2002 RECOUNT RESULTS
Nye County Commissioner, District IV
Nevada Revised Statute ("NRS") 293.403 provides that any defeated candidate may demand and receive a recount of the votes for the office the candidate sought. Charles Bondi, candidate for Nye County Commissioner, District IV, requested a recount of the September 3, 2002 Primary Election results. This Commission District is composed of four voting precincts within the town of Pahrump, all of which were recounted by a recount board on Wednesday, September 11th, 2002.
