This question is advisory only: Do you support an increase in the Utility Operator Fee in Douglas County in the amount of three percent (3%) to be levied in 1% increments effective January 1, 2005, January 1, 2007 and January 1, 2009 for the purpose of constructing a Senior Citizen's Center, a Community Recreation Center, and a Cultural Performing Arts Center in the Carson Valley and a consolidated Senior Citizen's Center and County Library at Lake Tahoe including all required infrastructure and property and for the operation and maintenance or recreational facilities, senior centers, libraries and a cultural performing arts center in Douglas County?
